This creates a safe environment where we sharpen each other’s skills, grow “green” stylists into profitable renting stylists, and encourage you to enjoy a high degree of autonomy without isolation from community.

Our mindset is to work as a collective, pooling our resources together to create a community color bar and back bar, rather than functioning as disjointed renters. We meet monthly for updates and planning. Team decisions are made as democratically as possible, while giving the final weight to our visionary brand leader and mentor stylist, Andrea Bonawitz.

Chair Renter Benefits

6 Day Chair Availability

Key holder access. Closed Sunday.

 

Free Rent for 2 Weeks

We are closed 2 weeks per year (around January 1 and July 4).

Stylists are given those 2 weeks as “free rent” but can choose to take them at a different time of year, after 6 months of renting at the salon.

 

Marketing Support

We help you build a clientele. Unlimited Client Referrals through our Google Funnel & proprietary “Find Your Stylist Match” booking quiz.

 

Parlour Website Presence

Team Bio Page, Menu Changes, High SEO results etc.

 

Pooled Resources

Renters split the cost of the color and back bar inventory based on the percentage of use.
